ReplyLite is an Instagram automation service used to manage interactions with an Instagram Professional account.
Depending on the enabled features, ReplyLite may process information made available through the official Meta and Instagram APIs, including Instagram account identifiers, usernames, media information, comments, message and interaction events, and related technical metadata.
Information is processed only to provide and operate ReplyLite features, including comment-triggered automation, private message delivery, interaction handling, follow-status workflows, reliability checks, security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
ReplyLite does not sell personal data. Information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the service, comply with applicable law, or use infrastructure required to provide the service.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain reliability and security records, troubleshoot issues, or comply with applicable obligations.
